Follow our 2 tips and 4 steps for a hassle-free installation: 1. Draw marks on the wall/ceiling according to the blind width. 2. Drill holes in the wall/ceiling. 3. Install 2 L-Brackets to the marked places. 4. Fix the aluminum cover of the blind to the brackets.
For inside mounts, ensure a window depth of at least 2.5" and a blind width at least 1/4" narrower than the window width (wall to wall). Outside mounting is easier, just make sure the blackout fabric can cover the entire window.
